From Our Graduates
My aim that I am working towards is to achieve all the goals that God sets before me while being humble, respectful, and diligent. Everyday I pray for these traits, and some days I fail to stick to them, but I have learned that running away from a problem does not solve it. “I know the plans I have in mind for you, declares the Lord; they are plans for peace, not disaster, to give you a future filled with hope.” Jeremiah 29:11
With this also comes my motto, which is “Practice makes progress, not perfect.” When doing things, I understand that I am not going to be perfect at it instantly, but instead will most likely be bad at it. Practicing something will eventually make you good at it if you are giving it your best.
I thank my hardworking teacher, wonderful classmates, awesome parents, and beautiful church family for helping me get through these past few years at Wyoming Valley Seventh-Day Adventist school. You have helped me grow spiritually, mentally, and physically, and have pushed me to go past my limits. Thank you very much for everything.

This is one milestone that many students reach. I never actually thought I would be attending Wyoming Valley SDA Elementary, but I have learned many lessons from my time here. I enjoyed interaction with my classmates and helping younger students on their assignments. One of my classmates really liked celery. Every time I had celery, his mouth watered, so I would share with him.
One of the things that I found annoying but helpful is correcting the mistakes in my work. I hated correcting, but I understand why it had to be done - to help us learn more. All of my assignments were tough and pushed me to manage my time better.
I really liked when the Pastor came in the mornings to spend time with us in Bible study. He often made us laugh with his illustrations and stories.
Overall, I think my experience at WVSDAE prepared me for the next phase in my life. Thank you Ms. Baker, Pastor Moses Andradé, and all the students at this school for creating an excellent experience.
